| For those who do not wish to use Paypal™, VISA & MasterCard payments are now accepted during checkout. Payments may also be made by check, money order or (for local deliveries) cash. For payments made with a personal check, it is agreed that if the check is returned for non-sufficient funds or otherwise unpaid, customer agrees to pay a returned check fee up to $30. As technology improves, fraudulent checks & money orders become harder to detect. Therefore ALL paper payments are subject to a waiting period before your order will ship. Waiting times vary depending on the payment method, issuer, & origin - it can be anywhere from 24hrs to 10 days. |

| The majority of packages will be shipped within 24-72 hours via USPS, unless special arrangements have been made. U.S.A. Shipping Rates* $0 - 30.00 ..... $5.50 $30.01 - 50.00 ..... $8.00 $50.01 - 75.00 ..... $12.00 $75.01 and up ..... $15.00 * Currently we are working on a new shipping rate system, which we hope to base on the delivery location & item size. The new USPS rate system has made it very difficult to calculate package cost ahead of time ... but we are trying to make your shipping costs as accurate as possible! Most packages weighing under 13 oz. are shipped USPS First Class/Parcel Post. Heavier packages are often upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or sent via another carrier. In most cases there is little to no difference between the arrival time of 1st class & Priority Mail. FEEDBACK ON OUR NEW SHIPPING RATES IS APPRECIATED! <--- Simply fill out the form on the left. APO and FPO address welcome! We'll gladly ship packages to Military Mail addresses. At this time, all APO/FPO packages can be shipped for the standard US rates. | Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of your shipment. Paypal are eligible for a money back refund For all other payment methods & items returned within 8-30 days, a merchandise credit or exchange will be given. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. *If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us BEFORE returning your item. The manufacturer may issue a return shipping label and handle the return/replacement directly. copy of the original invoice. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. For orders damaged during shipment, please contact us at and wait for instructions. Do NOT return the item as this may invalidate shipping insurance and cause you to lose your refund/replacement returns. You will not be refunded if we do not receive the item. damaged due to excessive wear and tear. |
| Back Orders & Discontinued Items |
| While we try to keep the most popular items in-stock at all times, some items will need to be special ordered or placed on backorder. We will fill your order as quickly as possible, and in some cases may separate your items into 2 shipments. As a result of the current economic conditions, backorders may take longer than normal to fill. Backorders are usually filled between 3 - 28 days, depending on the time of year & the manufacturer's minimum order requirements. (Many manufacturers are raising their minimum order amounts as a result of increasing shipping costs - this directly affects the frequency of orders we are able to place.) If an item is discontinued, you will be notified & given the option to receive a refund or exchange. |
